On Saturday 21 April, the Chair Spatial Planning and Strategy gathered for a social event. The Chair was invited by one of its members, Alexander Vollebregt, for a Spring celebration aboard his boat “Avontuur”, anchored on one of the renewed docks of Rotterdam, with the astounding city skyline as background. Italian chef Peppe was invited to help put together a vegetarian meal with ingredients previously chosen by the members of the chair. The ingredients were representative of the diversity of the chair. Those inclused quinoa (Peru), kassava (Brazil), potatoes (The Netherlands), taro (Taiwan) and much more!
